All you need to do to get started is sign up using your email address. You will get an email with a link to confirm your email address. Once, that’s done, you can log in to the portal, set up vacancies, add users under the same organization, set up interviews etc.

Recruiter can set up recorded video interviews with either objective type or non-objective type questions. Questions can even have media files attached with it in order to explain the question better. Keywords can also be specified along with the questions and AI uses those to analyse the performance of the candidates based on those keywords.

Yes. Once you sign up as a recruiter, you can add users to your organizations as a recruiters or hiring managers. There is no limit to the number of users that can be added within the organization.

Recruiters can assign users from their organizations as the hiring managers for a particular vacancy. This way the hiring manager will be able to review the candidate’s interview and track the progress of that particular vacancy.

If for some reason, candidate loses internet connection in middle of an interview, they will get an email saying that the interview was aborted. Candidates will be able to continue the interview from where they left off after a few minutes.

We use multiple AI technologies to detect markers in an interview to help you pick the right candidates. The technologies we use include face-detection, facial expression analysis, confidence analysis, speech-to-text conversion, natural language processing, advanced analytics etc. Of course, the manual assessment will always supersede any AI analytics.

Candidate interview videos get removed from Recruiter Prime, a month after the interview recorded date. All the other interview data stays on the system, for the recruiter to review whenever they want to.

Recruiter Prime uses a pay as you go model. You can purchase credits for the organization and users within the organization can use those credits. Depending on the type of interview, credits are put on hold when the invitations are sent out to the candidates. When a candidate successfully completes an interview, the credit gets used up. If for some reason, the candidate does not attempt the interview and the link expires, then the held credits are released back in to the account of the organization.

Yes. A preview functionality is built into Recruiter Prime whereby you can see what the interview would seem like from the candidate's perspective before you finalize the interview.

When you add a vacancy on Recruiter Prime, there will be an option to have the Vacancy to be highlighted on our website. Every day we randomly select 5 vacancies that we will highlight on our website and no extra cost to you. We will even promote them on our Social Media posts. Recruiting company details are not posted , only the vacancy details are posted. Any interest received in those vacancies is them forwarded to you by Recruiter Prime..

Candidate FAQ

An online interview is no different from an in-person interview. Your knowledge about the role you are interviewing for is paramount. Choose your time and place well. Some other important things are being relaxed, speaking in a calm and even tone and not rushing your answers.

Once you click on the start interview button, you will be shown the question and any associated media. If you are shown any options on the screen then choose your answer otherwise, you will need to answer verbally. It might be a bit weird to begin with, however, just look at the camera on your device and speak as you would in a normal face-to-face interview. The video recording will start after you have viewed any media attached to the question. When you finish answering, you can click on next, to be shown the next question. When you are done with all questions, you can select "finish interview".

RecruiterPrime is a video interviewing platform and its main purpose is to ease the process of virtual hiring for both, the candidate and the recruiter. While there are automated AI-based assessments, they are intended to aid a recruiter and not intended to replace the manual assessments that they do. The final call is always taken by the recruiter, based on your answers to the interview questions.

We value the data privacy of all the users of Recruiter Prime, regardless of their role. As such, your data will be protected as per our privacy policy. Your interview videos are only stored on RecruiterPrime for a month and purged afterwards.

Certain email platforms may have an aggressive filtering policy, causing our email to be sent in the spam folder. If so, mark the email as "not spam" and you should not have this issue anymore. If our email is not in the spam folder, please get in touch with the recruiter to request another link.
